We woke Colin up at 7:15 on Christmas morning (his new wake-up time) and we spent the morning opening up gifts and taking lots of pictures. We finished up the presents after Colin's morning nap and ate a delicious French toast breakfast. Colin was in a great mood on Christmas even though he skipped his afternoon nap. We enjoyed playing with him and watching him as he started to try to roll over from his back to his stomach. He looks so cute trying - his face is overcome with concentration and determination! It was a relaxing day - we talked to family on the phone, sat by the fire, and just had fun playing with Colin and eating good food. We made pasta for dinner and watched the footage we had of Colin on our video camera.
Keith's folks left on Saturday around noon after a brisk walk around the neighborhood with Colin. Since then we've just been enjoying the lazy days between Christmas and New Year's. We got three inches of snow last night so Keith worked from home today since it is so slow in the office this week and the roads were slick. He is going into the office tomorrow but is then off the rest of the week.
Krystal (our nanny) is coming over on Wednesday for an orientation day and my family is coming up on Friday for our Mason Christmas celebration this weeekend. Then on Monday it is...gulp...back to work for me. More on that later...

The End
Looks like a great first Christmas for Colin! Love the last picture. Colin and Charlotte are already rivals since Charlotte has her White Sox gear... :)
