Photo Blitz Baby!

Yes, I have yet more photos of Baby O. I had some more spotting yesterday and today and my devoted husband encouraged me to call the doctor's office just to make sure it was nothing. Well of course they can't tell if it is something or nothing unless I come in. So that is how I ended up at the doctor's office at 4:15 this afternoon for my second ultrasound in about two and half weeks! Everything is completely fine.

I can't get over how much bigger Baby O has gotten in two and half weeks. She went from 3.47 cm to 5.63 cm. This time the ultrasound was peformed from the outside of my belly so the angle is different (profile versus birds-eye view last time). I could make out facial features and long legs curled up (they don't call it the fetal position for nothing). Then the doctor told me that she was waking up for me and I saw her shift a bit and extend those legs. Dr. Hackett says she was kicking me (I wish I could feel it). I asked him if he could tell the sex of the baby yet and he said, "I'm good but I'm not that good!" So alas, I'll have to wait until the next ultrasound for that.
